What is Muscle Activation?
Muscle activation uses a system of reflexes throughout the body to stimulate nerve supply and wake up muscles. This can result in improved sports performance, injury prevention, gains in training as well as releasing tight muscle structures that cause pain and dysfunction.
The body can be compared to an electrical system, when overloaded it blows a fuse. When we connect the blown fuse the circuit will start to work. In the case of your body the muscles can fire to their maximum potential and work the way we were designed to be.
