About Orpington Sports Massage

I formalised my long standing interest in ‘Sports Science’ by qualifying as a Sports and Remedial Massage Practitioner at the prestigious ‘London School of Sports Massage’ in 2009 and am a member of the ISRM (Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage). I have completed CPD courses in Muscle Activation, and Medical Acupunture. I enjoy helping fellow runners and triathletes stay in shape and meet there goals and targets.

I have competed for the GB age group triathlon team in European and World Championships in 2017, 2018 and 2019 and completed a full Ironman as well as many other triathlons and road running and X- country races.

I have experience in working with runners, swimmers, cyclists, triathletes, dancers and also with people who have aches and pains caused by everyday activities. I am fully qualified and insured to practice in the UK.
